Harvest Strategic Solutions is hiring a Site Instructor for the Unlocked Financial Futures Program — a federally funded afterschool financial literacy program serving Grades 5–8 students at Imagine Lincoln Public Charter School in Temple Hills, Maryland. This is not a traditional tutoring job. You will co-deliver a rigorous, real-world financial literacy curriculum that has students analyzing publicly traded companies, building investment portfolios, launching micro-businesses, and competing in the National Personal Finance Challenge.

What You'll Do

  • Co-deliver the Unlocked financial literacy curriculum alongside the Program Director during the afterschool program (Monday–Friday, 3:30–6:30 PM)
  • Support student engagement across academic and enrichment blocks including Bloomberg Market Concepts, ThinkorSwim paper trading, SIFMA Stock Market Game, and ChartLingo Kids
  • Assist with daily classroom management, attendance, and student accountability
  • Participate in monthly staff meetings and pre-launch training intensive (August 2026)
  • Support field trip logistics, Family Financial Literacy Nights, and special program events including the Micro-Business Market Day and end-of-year showcase

Tutoring & Enrichment Coordinator — Unlocked Financial Futures Program

Harvest Strategic Solutions, LLC

Harvest Strategic Solutions is hiring a Tutoring & Enrichment Coordinator for the Unlocked Financial Futures Program at Imagine Lincoln Public Charter School in Temple Hills, Maryland. This is a part-time, paid afterschool position for an educator who loves working with students and wants to be part of something innovative, federally funded, and genuinely different from traditional afterschool programming. You will manage the daily enrichment rotation — coordinating the platforms, tools, and activities that make our program unlike anything these students have experienced before.

What You'll Do

  • Manage and facilitate the daily enrichment block (5:00–6:00 PM), rotating students through Bloomberg Market Concepts, ThinkorSwim paper trading, ChartLingo Kids, SIFMA Stock Market Game, and NGPF activities
  • Coordinate academic tutoring sessions during the academic block (4:00–5:00 PM), providing targeted ELA and mathematics support aligned to school-day instruction
  • Maintain student progress records on all digital platforms and flag students who need additional support
  • Set up and troubleshoot technology platforms daily (tablets, platforms, attendance system)
  • Support field trips, Family Financial Literacy Nights, the Micro-Business Market Day, and the end-of-year showcase

What We're Looking For

  • Background in education, tutoring, academic support, or youth development
  • Comfortable with technology — you don't need to know Bloomberg already, but you need to be able to learn platforms quickly and confidently

Program Assistant — Unlocked Financial Futures Program

Harvest Strategic Solutions, LLC

Harvest Strategic Solutions is hiring a Program Assistant to support the daily administrative and data operations of the Unlocked Financial Futures Program — a federally funded afterschool financial literacy program serving 198 students in Grades 5–8 at Imagine Lincoln Public Charter School in Temple Hills, Maryland. This is a behind-the-scenes role that makes everything else possible. You will keep the program's data accurate, its families informed, and its operations running smoothly.

What You'll Do

  • Enter all daily attendance data into the program management platform within 24 hours of each session — accurately recording student name, date, activity, and hours attended
  • Manage the student enrollment roster, waitlist, and enrollment documentation
  • Handle daily family communications — phone calls, messages, and written correspondence in English and Spanish (Spanish proficiency a plus but not required)
  • Support monthly Family Financial Literacy Night logistics — room setup, sign-in sheets, material printing, exit survey collection
  • Compile monthly attendance reports for the Program Director and support quarterly GPRA data submission
  • Assist with field trip logistics, permission slip collection, and event coordination

What We're Looking For

  • Strong administrative and organizational skills — data accuracy is non-negotiable in a federally funded program
  • Comfortable with Google Workspace (Sheets, Docs, Forms) and cloud-based platforms
  • Experience in school, nonprofit, or community organization administration preferred
  • Excellent communicator — you are the first point of contact for many families

Student Mentor/Advisor — Unlocked Financial Futures Program

Harvest Strategic Solutions, LLC

Harvest Strategic Solutions is hiring a Student Mentor/Advisor for the Unlocked Financial Futures Program at Imagine Lincoln Public Charter School in Temple Hills, Maryland. This is one of the most important positions in the program — and one of the most rewarding. Every day from 6:00–6:30 PM, you will meet one-on-one with students during the daily reflection block. You will be the adult in this program who knows each student not as a data point but as a person. This role directly supports the program's behavioral health integration requirement under Maryland's Blueprint for Maryland's Future.

What You'll Do

  • Facilitate the daily 6:00–6:30 PM reflection and check-in block — individual and small group conversations with students about academic progress, goals, attendance, and personal challenges
  • Build meaningful, trusting relationships with each enrolled student over the course of the program year
  • Identify students who may need additional academic, social-emotional, or family support — and connect them to resources through the school's Community School Coordinator
  • Maintain brief daily notes on student check-ins for program records
  • Communicate with the Program Director and Site Coordinator about any student concerns requiring follow-up
  • Support family engagement by building relationships with the adults in students' lives
  • Attend monthly staff meetings and participate in the pre-launch training intensive

What We're Looking For

  • Background in school counseling, social work, youth development, mentoring, or a related field
  • Genuine love for middle school students and the patience to show up for them consistently
  • Familiarity with the social-emotional landscape of students from under-resourced communities
  • Knowledge of community resources in Prince George's County a strong plus
  • Mandatory reporter training or willingness to complete it before program launch
  • Maryland background check clearance required before start date
Schedule

Monday–Friday, 5:30–6:30 PM (approximately 8 hours/week, with flexibility for occasional evening events). Program runs September 20, 2026 – June 2027.

Compensation

$25.00/hour. W-2 employment through Harvest Strategic Solutions, LLC.

Harvest Strategic Solutions, LLC

Harvest Strategic Solutions is hiring four Family Engagement Coordinators — one per grade band (Grade 5, Grade 6, Grade 7, Grade 8) — for the Unlocked Financial Futures Program at Imagine Lincoln Public Charter School in Temple Hills, Maryland. This is a stipend-based community position, ideal for a current Imagine Lincoln parent, PAC member, or community member who wants to earn additional income while serving the families of students in the program. You do not need a professional background in education. You need to know these families, speak their language, and care about their children.

What You'll Do

  • Co-facilitate monthly Family Financial Literacy Nights (first Thursday of each month, 5:00–7:00 PM) alongside the Program Director — including setup, greeting families, supporting Spanish-language interpretation, and distributing materials
  • Serve as the year-round family liaison for your assigned grade band — the first point of contact for families with questions, concerns, or enrollment inquiries
  • Support student recruitment and re-enrollment outreach — especially reaching families of students at risk of dropping out of the program
  • Assist with family communication in English and Spanish
  • Distribute and collect exit surveys at Family Nights and submit to the Program Director within 48 hours
  • Attend monthly staff meetings and the pre-launch orientation in August 2026

  • Warm, reliable, and trusted in the community
  • Available the first Thursday evening of every month and for occasional daytime outreach activities
Schedule

First Thursday of each month, 5:00–7:00 PM, plus occasional daytime outreach. Program runs September 20, 2026 – June 2027.
